Fitness Through Perimenopause and Menopause
Your body changed. Your training should too. Coaching built around how you actually feel right now.
Let's Build a Plan That Fits Your Body Now.
Some of the women I work with have trained for years. Others are starting from scratch at 52 and quietly wondering whether that is too late. It is not. What matters at this stage is not where you begin, it is whether the plan was built for the body you have now. If the old approach stopped working, or you never had one, that is not a sign you are losing ground. It is a starting point.
We build around strength training, because holding onto lean muscle protects your metabolism, your bones, and how you feel all day. We manage intensity carefully: hard enough to progress, measured enough that you recover. And we adjust when symptoms shift, because they will. Hormonal care belongs with your doctor. What I bring is training and nutrition coaching that respects what is happening, and a coach who takes it seriously the first time you explain it.

Guidance That Matters
Support Through Every Stage of Perimenopause and Menopause
Kenneth works with women 40 to 60 managing changes in body composition, weight gain around the midsection, fatigue, joint discomfort, disrupted sleep, and loss of strength. Programs prioritize progressive resistance training to protect lean muscle and bone health, mobility work to keep joints comfortable, and conditioning scaled to current energy and recovery. Nutrition guidance focuses on adequate protein and patterns that hold up over years, not restriction that collapses in a month.
