Strength Training for Adults 40+
The one part of aging you can genuinely reverse. Progressive strength training for adults 40 and up.
Let's Keep You Strong for the Next Thirty Years.
It starts small. A suitcase that takes two tries. A hand on the coffee table to get off the floor. You are not injured and not unwell, just a little weaker than you remember, and it only seems to move one direction. Most people file that under aging and stop thinking about it. Strength is quiet until you lose it, and then it is the loudest thing in your life.
Muscle does decline from midlife onward when nothing is done about it, but it responds to training at every age. I have coached clients in their sixties and seventies who got measurably stronger. What I will not do is hand you a young lifter’s program and hope your joints keep up. We start where you are and add weight deliberately, enough to create real change, never so much that you spend the next week recovering.

Why Strength Matters More After 40
Strength training after 40 supports bone density, joint stability, balance, metabolism, and the everyday independence that shapes how good the next few decades feel. Kenneth builds each program around the individual: current strength, past injuries, available time, and what a client actually wants to be able to do. Sessions use full body equipment and progressive loading, with technique coaching on every movement, and programs get adjusted as strength improves so results keep moving instead of stalling.
