Weight Loss Training

Lose the weight in a way that still holds at 55, 65, and 80.

Your Health, Your Personal Plan

Hi, I'm Kenneth Williams. Let's Do This the Way That Lasts.

Most people who come to me have lost weight before. Twice, maybe five times. The losing weight was never the problem. The keeping it off was. Crash diets and punishing workout plans are built for a 25 year old with a flexible schedule and no sore knees, not for someone with a full calendar, a few old injuries, and a body that responds differently than it did fifteen years ago. When a plan like that stops working, it is easy to assume you failed it. Usually it is the other way around.

So we go slower on purpose, which is exactly why it holds. We start with what you have tried, what hurts, and what your week actually looks like. Then I build a plan that pairs strength work, so the weight comes off as fat instead of muscle, with nutrition that survives a Tuesday night when nobody wants to cook. Six weeks in, when most plans quietly fall apart, yours gets adjusted instead.

What Weight Loss Training Looks Like Here

Every program starts with an assessment, not a template.

Current activity, movement limitations, eating patterns, and the goals that actually matter to you.

From there, Kenneth combines progressive strength training, interval based conditioning, and nutrition coaching that covers the unglamorous parts, like how to eat out and how to get back on track by Wednesday instead of waiting for Monday. The measure of success is not the scale on a particular date. It is still training two years later.
